Our client in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Receptionist to add to their team!


The Receptionist is responsible for performing secretarial duties to provide and coordinate administrative and organizational support for the company by performing the following duties:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for office staff
  • Tracking, stocking, and ordering supplies, as needed.
  • Providing general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Familiar with office equipment, computers, and software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
